About me

I graduated with a Master’s degree in physiotherapy from McGill University (2011). I am also a graduate of the Perineal and Pelvic floor Rehabilitation Microprogram from the University of Montreal (2015). Over the years, I have followed several post-graduate courses which have allowed me to integrate different therapeutic tools into my treatment approach. Whether with the use of dry needling ( trigger point therapy), manual therapy or the prescription of specific therapeutic exercises, my goal is always to provide you with a personalized treatment to relieve your pain, regain your function and better understand your condition, in order to prevent recurrences.

If you're looking for a pelvic floor therapist. She's the one. She is the epitome of professionalism. I suffer from endometriosis, a chronic illness that is isolating because it is under-diagnosed and under-treated by the healthcare system.
